I greatly benefitted from the one-on-one therapy you did for me from the ultrasound work on my scar tissue, the deep muscle massage which helped tremendously and the exercises you had me do. As a former college and professional athlete, I’ve spent many hours in training rooms recovering and rehabbing injuries. Bodies in Motion is by far the best physical therapist I have been to since my playing days. I have been to others where the time spent with a licensed physical therapist was for only about a third of the session. At Bodies in Motion, the entire session is spent with a knowledgable and caring therapist. Colleen and her crew are amazing and Melissa took the pain out of dealing with my insurance company!

I graduated from Mountain View High School in the Class of 2010. After four months of knee pain/weakness and eight weeks of physical therapy with a different PT, I went to Colleen O’Kane with less than two weeks to go before varsity soccer tryouts. In only a week, Colleen enabled me to get back onto the field and successfully tryout for the team. Not only did she cure my knee pain in such a short amount of time, but she also saved my high school soccer career. Since then Coleen has successfully helped me with abductor, heel, and shoulder injuries. I cannot speak more highly of her abilities.

My experience with Bodies in Motion has been nothing short of incredible! When I suffered a severe ankle sprain I worked with Colleen who was very knowledgeable and kind. Being someone who loves sports I was lost without running. Colleen helped me to a safe and speedy recovery. I also got to run on the Ultra G (anti-gravity treadmill type deal) while my ankle was still healing. To be able to sweat and run again helped save me during my recovery process!!! Also, as a coach I have referred many athletes both young and old to see Colleen, Kate and Martin. They are extremely knowledgeable especially when it comes to working with high school athletes.
