We work with local teams to provide injury prevention and performance enhancement specific to your sport. Training generally is right at the field or court and can be right before practice or on a separate day. We work with the entire team or in small groups with flexibility to meet at the field or at the clinic.

  • Exercises/Training for Women and Men

  • Exercises/Training for Children and Teens

  • Postural exercises and training

  • Exercise for Arthritis and Active Seniors

  • Sports Clinics — Running, Skiing, Soccer, Basketball, Lacrosse, Fencing, Field Hockey.

  • PT’s attend practices and work with the coach and team on strength, power, speed, and agility.

  • Coaches and team members schedule additional training sessions before or outside of practice and during the off season for strength, power, speed, agility, and technique work.
