We are in-network with a few major insurance carriers. We are out of network with others who pay so little, we can not keep our doors open, let alone provide the high quality care you deserve. If we are out of network, we encourage you to speak with your employer about changing carriers or to the insurance about paying more adequately for the incredible Physical Therapy care provided here. *For out of network plans, we do bill your insurance as a service to you and they will reimburse you directly

Cash-based Services
We also provide additional Fitness, Sports, and Wellness services to help you improve your health and physical performance. These services are cash based and not covered by insurance. We will evaluate you or your child and develop a plan to meet your fitness, health, and performance goals and work within a variety of financial budgets. We also provide Team Training for Sports Teams and can work with you and your child’s Coach to arrange the strength, agility, power, and performance sessions for the team.
A Quick Note About Health Insurance
Health insurance is deliberately a very confusing entity. Each plan differs in coverage even for employees of the same company. We obtain the information provided by representatives at your insurance carrier. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy of anything the representatives tell us regarding your benefits. In all cases, you are responsible for any fees your insurance does not cover. We highly recommend you discuss your benefits with your insurance carrier as well. If you are not happy with your benefits, we recommend you speak to your Human Resources Representative and your Executive Team to improve your health care benefits.
