  • Clinics for Speed, Power, Agility, and Technique Training

  • Sports Clinics — Running, Skiing, Soccer, Basketball, Lacrosse, Fencing, Field Hockey, Football, Dance, Gymnastics, Ice Skating.

  • Exercises/Training for Women and Men

  • PT’s attend practices and work with the coach and team on strength, power, speed, and agility.

  • Exercises/Training for Children and Teens

  • Coaches and team members schedule additional training sessions before or outside of practice and during the off season for strength, power, speed, agility, and technique work.

  • Postural exercises and training

  • Exercise for Arthritis and Active Seniors
